A new release of Truepic Vision on iOS, release 3.22.2, has been released to the App Store to resolve this issue and we are monitoring. Please upgrade to this latest release if you are impacted by this issue.

Investigating

Truepic Vision on iOS, release 3.22.1, may crash for some users at this time. We are investigating the issue and in the process of deploying a new release to remediate the problem. In the meantime, a workaround is to delete the application from an affected device and reinstall.
